As an Integration Facilitator and Enneagram Guide, Calley Welborn combines her extensive professional experience in organizational and leadership development, strategic planning, leading human resources initiatives, and transforming operational design and capacity across corporate, nonprofit, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven organizations with over 15 years of Enneagram wisdom and practice, and her own, valuable lived experience, to support individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations on their own journeys of awareness, integration, and transformation.
Throughout her career, Calley has designed and facilitated workshops, retreats, leadership trainings, and presentations for diverse audiences, while also leading major organizational initiatives in talent development, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and culture-building.
