YOU ARE ESSENTIAL! Join fellow seekers for an in-depth introductory exploration of the Enneagram, a modality of awareness that helps us compassionately understand WHY we do the things we do (or don't, though we want to!), and HOW we can choose to respond to life with intention. Discover your essential nature, how your personality is NOT your identity, and how to respond and engage with life as your most authentic self. Learn how YOU can experience balance, wholeness, healing, authentic connection, transformation, and freedom! Your presence makes us WHOLE!

Seekers participating in discovery groups receive: 

• 22.5 hours of engaging, layered, interactive learning
• Guided Centering Practices
• Compassion Cultivation exercises
• Supplementary practice offerings to put theoretical Enneagram wisdom into applicable daily practice
• Weekly reflections, invitations for practice, and resources for ongoing exploration between and beyond our sessions together 

By participating, you'll be empowered to:

• Self-identify the Enneagram type you lead with
• Acknowledge and embrace the interdependent flow of wisdom from your heart, mind, and body 
• Fact-check unexplored beliefs about yourself that can release the strongholds of shame, fear, and anger
• Explore the (untrue) childhood messages that keep you stuck in personality 
• Identify and honor the essential qualities of each Enneagram type
• Appreciate the nine different lenses through which each of us sees the world, encounters others, and experiences life
• Cultivate compassion for the "other" (inside and outside of yourself)
